3for1 - Drei Wege, ein Ziel (3for1 - Three ways, one goal)
3for1 is a research project on an intervention aiming to support psychologically distressed job centre clients on Bürgergeld benefits in their recovery and job search.
The intervention has three components:
1. Psychological consultation
2. Job coaching (Supported Employment)
3. Peer support
Project participants can profit from the three components for up to 12 months following project entry. In doing so, they can choose one, two or three of the components and use them simultaneously or consecutively.
"3for1 - Drei Wege, ein Ziel" (3for1 - Three ways, one goal) is a project funded by the German Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs as part of the federal programme "Innovative Wege zur Teilhabe am Arbeitsleben – rehapro" (innovative ways for workplace inclusion and rehabilitation – rehapro).
